sorry I made a little mistake in the id of comments. I have seen, the regular ID is "a.3" instead of 11. Additionally, I have already sent my clarifications to the comment "a.4" in a mail before.

Hello Jon,

I said that the he namespaces are not based on the namespace rules of chapter 3.4.2 of wd-ublndrsc-ndrdoc-V1pt0Draftp.doc.

The chapter 3.4.2 says that the namespace names for UBL schemas must be based on:

for drafts:
===========
urn:oasis:names:tc:ubl:schema:<name>:<major>:<minor>[<revision>]

for standard:
=============
urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:<name>:<major>:<minor>

And as comparsion, here some examples of the current namespaces of UBL Versions 1.0:
urn:oasis:names:tc:ubl:CommonAggregateComponents:1:0
urn:oasis:names:tc:ubl:codelist:SubstitutionStatusCode:1:0


This namespaces do not have the term "schema" between ubl and <name>.

This must be corrected either in ther namespace or in the specific chapter of the Naming and Design Rules.
