Here is a short report of CNLSC status:

1. Translation work is in progress. We are currently moving our previous 
work to version 1.0. Further discussion on particular terms within our 
SC is expected.

2. William is coordinating with his team in CNIS to establish a plan to 
translate the remaining material.
