Hi Mark,
As you know, in efforts like this all work is dependent on available
resources. I would argue that in all our work we have achieved the best
possible results with the resources we've had available. It's
encouraging now to see some new energy emerging to tackle this area. To
offer guidance, can you provide your thoughts on:
- who should be doing the QA
- how should they be doing it
and how to assess:
- are they capable, objective, and sufficiently resourced
- a good job
