Jon,
Due to other commitments I haven't been able to get involved in recent UBL
work and I feel that it's only fair to the UBL team if I take my name off
the voting membership. I will, of course, remain a member of UBL and
continue to follow its work, and I am sure that my work commitments and the
activities of UBL will coincide once again in the future. Until then, keep
up the excellent progress.
