UBL TC,

EIDX has designated Rich Morrissey as its representative to the
UBL Liaison Subcommittee, replacing Bill French.  Under our rules
for the LSC, such appointments must be approved by the TC.

Does any voting member of the UBL TC object to the appointment of
Rich Morrissey to the Liaison Subcommittee?  You have seven days
(till COB 19 January 2004) to register an objection if you have
one.
