UBL members,

In the closing UBL TC plenary 7 November 2003 in San Francisco,
the members present agreed to appoint Gunther Stuhec and Anne
Hendry co-chairs of the UBL Tools and Techniques Subcommittee,
replacing Gunther Stuhec as the chair.  (This is a convoluted
formal way of saying that Anne is now going to be helping Gunther
run the TTSC.)  This message is to record this decision and place
the resolution before you for formal adoption.

The resolution appointing Gunther and Anne as TTSC co-chairs is
given below.  If you have no objection to its adoption, do
nothing.  If you are a voting member and you object to the
adoption of this resolution, please register that objection with
mail to the list  no later than COB 17
November 2003.
