Revised agenda for Montreal UBL TC meeting

Hello UBL members,

Here's a revised agenda for our meeting in Montreal 28 July
through 1 August 2003.  We're still double-checking on phone
rates, but it now appears that both the NDRSC and the LCSC will be
able to maintain an open phone line for most of the week.  This is
in addition to the phone conferencing during the opening and
closing TC plenaries.  So unless we discover something that
requires us to scale back our plans for phone connectivity,
members unable to join us in person should be able to participate
at a fairly meaningful level by phone.

For details on their individual phone schedules, please refer to
agendas that will be sent by each subcommittee
