Preliminary agenda for Montreal UBL TC meeting

Hello UBL members,

Here's the preliminary agenda for our meeting in Montreal 28 July
through 1 August 2003.  This agenda is even more "preliminary" than
usual because your subcommittee chairs are still trying to figure
out the phone schedule.  But we do know the meeting rooms and
we're pretty sure about the times.

rooms.  UBL members attending the TC meeting are

encouraged to remain in Montreal for the Extreme Markup

Conference that follows in the same location 4-8 August
