ACTION: Change of TTSC chair, secretary

UBL members,

The UBL Tools and Techniques Subcommittee meeting in London this
week has requested me to place before you the following
resolution:

   That Gunther Stuhec be appointed chair of the TTSC, replacing
   Arofan Gregory (who will continue as a member of the TTSC), and
   that Lisa Seaburg be appointed Secretary of the TTSC.

If any voting member of the UBL TC objects to the adoption of this
resolution, please register that objection through mail to this
list no later than COB 7 May 2003.
