I now have a 'close to final' list of participants, which is attached.

Please check and advise:
  if you are coming and are not on the list
  if you are on the list but cannot now come
  if you are only attending for certain days and I have noted you as

attending for the whole week, please advise which days you will
attend.
  if I have put you down for the wrong session (ATG2 or UBL)
