Liaison candidate: Ram Kumar

UBL TC,

The OASIS CIQ TC has requested liaison status with the UBL TC and
has designated Ram Kumar <> as its representative
to the UBL Liaison Subcommittee.

Does anyone object to the appointment of Ram Kumar to the
Liaison Subcommittee?  You have five days (till COB 21 April 2003)
to register an objection if you have one.
