CCTS Implementation Verification MOTION TO PROCEED

It's been proposed that we fill out and submit the Implementation
Verification form attached to the UN/CEFACT CCTS.  The LCSC will
be responsible for filling out the form.

Since this appears to me to be uncontroversial, I'm submitting it
directly to the UBL TC with this message.

If any voting member of the TC wishes to object to the completion
of the form by LCSC and its submission to CCTS, please register
such objection to this list no later than COB 16 April 2003.
