[ubl] UBL Liaison candidate: Nigel Wooden

UBL TC,

The Association for Cooperative Operations Research and
Development (ACORD), which is the information standards
organization for the insurance industry, has designated Nigel
Wooden its liaison to the UBL TC.

Does any voting member of the UBL TC object to accepting Nigel as
our liaison from ACORD?  You have five days (till close of
business Friday 1 March) to register an objection if you have one.
