[ubl] Current prospective TC members

The OASIS TC Process mandates a waiting period of 60 days for
applications to join an OASIS Technical Committee in order to
prevent "stacking" of the TC when particular issues come up for a
vote.

UBL TC members may be interested to know that the following people
have registered to join the TC since our first meeting 29 October
2001.  Each person listed below will become a voting member of the
TC 60 days after the date of application shown.
