1. Comment to the version name regarding new SBS
You have developed UBL 1.0 SBS 2.0.
This UBL 1.0 SBS 2.0 is based on UBL 2.0 prd2. Therefore, I think that the
name of 'UBL 1.0 SBS 2.0' had better to be changed to 'UBL 2.0 SBS 2.0'.

2. Comments to the contents of UBL 1.0 SBS 2.0
Many BIEs are added in UBL 1.0 SBS 2.0 according to JPLSC's comments.
The followings of JPLSC's comments are not added in UBL 1.0 SBS 2.0
