We had a telephone conference this morning to report on our findings for the
schema review.  Jack Gager and I were the only ones on, but we did get some
work done.  We discussed the idea that the schema should be parsed by as
many different parsers as possible to make sure there will not be technical
issues once we release.

Jack spent time parsing the files with several different tools:

Uniparser (C1)
Xerces 1.0
Xerces 2.0
XML Spy

He did not have any problems with them, and did not find anyplace where they
did not follow the NDRs.  I know Jessica had found some issues when she was
parsing, I think she was using the Extensibility's Turbo XML 2.2, and had
emailed back and forth with Chee-Kai.

Jessica's errors were:

There were errors in almost every file, but many of them may be do to the
one in Core Component Parameters

Turbo error is:
Unknown type "ccts:ComponentType"
Unknown type "ccts:InstanceType"

Her fix was:
Either give the following a prefix of ccts

xmlns = "urn:oasis:names:tc:ubl:CoreComponentParameters:1.0:1.0-alpha"
or
remove the prefix from ComponentType and InstanceType.

I think Chee-Kai has already made this correction, so no action needed at
this time.

When the final schema are output we need to do this same parsing test again.
