Dear all
I have updated the NDR document as agreed. I have gone back to
version 0.4 of Mark's original document and added in some missing
stuff.
I have added a section on Messages, and subsections on
Adherence to UBL Guiding Principles, and Design for Extensibility. Additionally,
I have removed Eve's Code List paper and created a reference to it. I think we
agreed that this would be a separate paper and we would refer to
it???
I still need to talk to Gunther and go through this paper with
him with a view to checking that there is nothing in his scripts implicitly
violate what we have said or that need to be reflected in this
document....
