Just to get this into the mail archives...  I will make a proper package 
of this and the current position papers and update the portal today.

(Bill, I'm sorry I didn't use much of the text you supplied for the 
Metamodel section.  We will be pointing people to the feedback document, 
and instead of saying that our proposals (which haven't yet been 
accepted) are rules, I thought we should demur a little...  Hopefully 
the text you wrote can be used eventually to flesh out that new chapter 
and even to flesh out the naming rules elsewhere in the doc.)
