[ubl-ndrsc] Barcelona

Looks like Saturday I'll arrive just in time for
the riots ;-) There are major protests expected 
for the EU Summit Meeting and AWACS will patrol
the skies over Barcelona at the request of Spain,
but not in response to a specific threat. Basque
separatists are also expected to get into the 
act. Should make for an interesting time.
