[ubl-lcsc] Apologies for conference call problems

i am afraid the call was not set up for today and so the meeting had to 
be cancelled.

on the good news side, we have now fixed the same call time and numbers 
until the end of the year.

i shall post some action items and ask for status when i wake up tomorrow!
