[ubl-lcsc] Confirmation of active participation

As you will be aware from the minutes of yesterday's teleconference 
call, we failed to achieve a quorum of members.  This is somewhat 
frustrating, given that this was the first meeting and we need to make 
some decisions if we are to fast track this process.

The subscribed membership of our sub-committee is now 18, which means we 
need 10 attendees to form a quorum.  We only managed 7 (with 1 apology).  

If you receive this message (apart from Karl Best!) then you are one the 18.

I would ask that you contact me directly () and 
confirm your ability to contribute to the team's workload  and attend 
scheduled meetings.
