Cycle in UBL 2.x structure

Recently I found a cycle in UBL 2.x structure:
 ShipmentType contains element TransportHandlingUnit with type
TransportHandlingUnitType -> TransportHandlingUnitType contains element
HandlingUnitDespatchLine with type DespatchLineType -> DespatchLineType
contains element Shipment with type ShipmentType.

 

I checked UBL2.0 XSD files but there is no
any other such cycle. Is everything OK with this cycle structure?
