New UBL.xml.org forum for volunteer contributions to International Data Dictionary

A new UBL.xml.org form has been created for collecting and managing 
volunteer contributions to the UBL International Data Dictionary (IDD):

To get an impression of the scope of work for a single language, I've 
posted the IDD template spreadsheets as exemplars:

http://ubl.xml.org/forums/ubl-international-data-dictionary-idd-contributions

A localization committee would need all UBL spreadsheets for a 
particular language to be populated with definitions and related 
business terms.  The committee then takes ownership of the 
contributed definitions and marshals its work through UBL and OASIS processes.

Please let me know if you would like to contribute to the IDD 
spreadsheets for a particular language.
