feedback on the OASIS UBL JSON representation

Dear working group,

As the REST/JSON technical working group that is part of the Australian e-invoicing initiative led by the digital business council in conjunction with the australian tax office, we would like to offer this feedback on the OASIS UBL JSON representation.
