TC Admin comments on UBL Naming and Design Rules V1.0 CSPRD01

Members of the UBL TC, 

TC Administration provides the following comments for the public review of the above Committee Specification Drafts. Public review was announced in https://www.oasis-open.org/news/announcements/30-day-public-review-for-ubl-naming-and-design-rules-version-3-0-ends-april-15th

- In 1.2 Normative References, please make the URLs visible in the citation, not hidden behind the title. That way, someone with a print version still knows the URL for the reference. So for example, instead of: 

[ISO 14662] ISO/IEC 14662:2004 Information technology — Open-edi reference model

please make it: 

[ISO 14662] ISO/IEC 14662:2004 Information technology — Open-edi reference model, http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/

- In 1.3 Non-Normative References 

-- For [UBL-2.1], the wrong date is given. It should be 04 November 2013 instead of 04 February 2015. 

-- Same request as above for sect 1.2 for [ISO 11179] and [xmldsign]. Also note that the URI for [ISO 11179] should use https: instead of http:

There are also some minor edits to the cover pages that we can tackle next time the document is published.
