While going over the DispatchAdvice and ReceiptAdvice I noticed that there is no ReceiptAdviceTypeCode in the ReceiptAdvice.

I would suggest adding this to the ReceiptAdvice document just as this is available in the DispatchAdvice document as a DespatchAdviceTypeCode.
