UBL Guidelines for Customization - calculation models

The two primary foci of the customization document describe the 
constraints on structures and the constraints on code lists.

Do we need to add something in the document, perhaps in section "4 
Validation" regarding the recommendation for a customization to 
include a description of the calculation model used to populate 
fields of the customized UBL document?

Indeed two different communities may be using two different 
calculation models so describing this seems like a very important 
aspect of defining a UBL customization.  But is it really in scope 
for what we intended for this document?
