[ubl-comment] UBL_Library_Op70_ReceiptAdvice.xls Row 10 blank

Under "Default UBL Name" and and "BIE Dictionary Entry Name" 
in the above spreadsheet, the cells are blank.  Should they 
be "DeliveryRequirement" and "Receipt Advice.Delivery Requirement"
respectively?
