TC meeting next week to promote latest v2.0 draft to CSC

Since our TC meeting earlier today did not achieve quorum, we will have a brief meeting next Thursday just for the purpose of voting on the most recent v2.0 draft. This meeting should take no longer than 15 minutes. Please plan on attending
