Hi TOSCA-teer Voting Members,

Please help with your vote. As most of you know, Shitao Li is our official liaison to ETSI NFV. He has prepared a very short briefing report that he will present
for their next meeting. Approval by the TC will lend the report greater standing, which can be helpful to the TC and to Shitao. This report has been informally socialized with some other leading TC members. Please vote.
