RE: [tosca] REMINDER: Special half-day TOSCA Simple Profile spec. review.today 10am Eastern, 7am Pacific

Folks. I apologize for this madness. Apparently the choice of web conferencing technology matters. We will use Matt’s phone bridge and conferencing instead of the conferencing
tools scheduled last night. I will be slightly delayed in joining.

Matt,

You can rely on me to monitor the system, as you will have your hands full. WebEx is probably more popular and accessible to our TC members. I can also mute a noisy line easily
with it while you are leading the editorial session. Most importantly, I am concerned that many people will just pop onto the logistics that they received last night. I am worried it will be a big mess. Is it really that important that we must make this change
 12 minutes before a meeting?

Please reconsider, but if you insist, I will reluctantly agree, but all confusion and disappointments will be on your head, my friend.

Best,

Paul

Paul,

Please let me use my phone and web conference as I do not want to rely on one that I do not have admin. access to in case something goes wrong.

Kind regards,

Matt

Matt, we are using the regular TC meeting WebEx logistics that the entire TC got last night, as usual. I fear folks will get confused if we try to switch now. Unless there is a compelling reason
to change at the last minute, let's please stick with the plan.

Thanks

Paul
