Dr. Jesus Molina is now a Persistent Non-Voting Member

Hi TOSCA-teers,

 

As per his request, Dr. Jesus Molinas is now a persistent non-voting TC member. FYI, by choosing this option, he can continue to fully participate in the work of the TC without
 his attendance counting towards quorum. The only restriction is that he will not be able to formally vote. However, for informal assessments of “rough consensus” and discussion, his opinion is still most welcome, of course.
