        ?	Finished base BlockStorage Application-level use case. 

?	?ip_address? is now an attribute of Compute instead of a property (changed use cases to get_attribute instead of get_property). 

?	Provided BlockStorage use cases that reuse an AttachTo-typed relationship template with Option 1 and Option 2 shown (for WG discussion).

?	Allow shortnames (exclude full type path) for built-in (normative) TOSCA Node Types, Relationship Types in use cases.  E.g. tosca.node.Compute can now be simply Compute.
