Special Majority Ballot to approve submitting TOSCA v1.0 COS01 to the OASIS membership has been set up

Members of the TOSCA TC,

A Special Majority Vote ballot to approve continuing to submit TOSCA v1.0 COS01 to the OASIS membership for consideration for OASIS Standard despite comment received during its 60 day public review has been set up. 

The ballot opens 23 October 2013 at 00:00 GMT and remains open through 30 October 2013 at 23:59 GMT. You can access the ballot at:
