TC Meeting Canceled August 22nd

Hi TOSCA-ers,

Based on the availability of planned issue presenters (it's August!), we will NOT be having a regular TC meeting this week on Thursday, August 22nd. We hope to have a full agenda for our August 29th meeting.

Regards,
Paul
