Please forgive the details that are being imposed upon you right before your holiday, but OASIS policy dictates that leave of absences start no earlier than 7 days in advance.
You must also specify the date of your return. If you could provide the later, you will only miss one meeting and can still retain voting rights, which I hope helps.
