Hi Chet,  Thanks for your help and prompt attention to this matter. I am already subscribed to monitor comments and will be "point-man." One question, if I may. I note that reference [3] in the announcement references XACML as the IPR. Do you think that should be corrected?  It currently references: [3]  http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xacml/ipr.php
