I was actually trying to not limit the discussion to X.509-based PKI and
make the more general statement that any kind of PKI might be a criteria. I
could certainly confine it to X.509 (we really mean PKIX, don't we?), but
that seemed unnecessary. We can discuss as a CD-edit.
