sstc-saml-approved-errata-2.0-cd-01 erratum?

In cd-01 of the 
approved errata, I think there's a mistake in E15 NameID Policy Adherence. Lines 
288-289 read:

  When a Format defined in Section 8.3 other than
  urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:unspecified 
  or

 

But it seems 
pretty clear, from Section 8.3.1 of [SAMLCore] and from E60 of the Approved 
Errata, that the correct URI should be:

 
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified

 

This mistake in 
the text for E15 (which was carried through from the original proposed text 
submitted to the SSTC mailing list by Tom Wisniewski on June 3, 2005) seems to 
have caused some confusion among several implementers who took this to 
imply that the URI itself was being corrected by the 
erratum.

 

Am I looking at this 
correctly?
