And to further cover very appropriate bases, I must apologize to Conor Cahill 
and AOL -- it was their original "defensive suspension" statement as of 
December 22, 2004 [1] (scroll to mid-page) that led the pack on this, and was 
used as a model for the subsequent such statements from RSA, Fidelity, and Sun.
