[security-services] revised Conformance spec

Title: revised Conformance spec

hi -

i've attached the revised Conformance spec (with change bars ). It includes the following changes:

- Revised text for mandatory/optional elements

- Revised text for unbounded elements

- Revised table of protocol bindings, profiles, and relevant assertions for requester/responder roles. 

I've also fixed various spelling problems, phantom heads, references to bindings and core.
