Re: [security-services] Status of and recommendation on SAMLversioninfo

As a non-xml-guru, these look fine to me, and better than the 
explicit version stuff we have in -25. Why? Less clutter in
the documents and works (to some extent, as pointed out by 
Scott) with the tools I have now.
