F2F #1 of the OASIS Security Services TC

I'm sending this out for Eve -- It's the "first SSTC face-to-face" meeting
announcement. 

*BEWARE* the below link seems to crash Netscape Communicator 4.7x on both
windows & linux, but not Internet Explorer (if someone can figure out why,
please lemme know and I'll fix it).
