Comments on ISO 19763 Parts 7, 5, 8

Hi Denise,

Attached are the list of issues I have compiled on behalf of the OASIS 
ebXML RegRep TC as requested by you on behalf of JTC1 SC32 WG2, working 
group for Metadata.

Attached are the 3 comment documents with the formal comments being 
submitted as well as 3 source documents with comments and edits inline 
for context in case you need it. Note that one of then is in .odt format 
due to some editor limitations I had.
