Meeting attendance and voting membership

This is a reminder that meeting attendance affects voting membership.
The new roles (as of April 15) in the TC process guidelines include:

*	Prospective member (waiting company's approval to participate,
meeting attendance or time requirements)
*	Observer (can read only, not submit to the list)
*	Member (can read and submit to the list, but cannot vote)
*	Voting member (can read and submit to the list, has voting
rights, but must attend 2 out of 3 meetings to maintain voting rights)

Please review the revised TC Process guidelines for additional details;
this is just a quick simplification.
