Thanks for the excellent suggestions for improving the text. I agree 
with all of them with some minor exceptions noted below...

I think combining these important features without specific of SQL-92 
etc. is losing valuable information. Suggest no change.

I think HTTP Binding is an important feature that we should highlite 
seprately.
