ebXML Registry 3.0 specifications  consistently with the OASIS IPR Policy. 
ebXMLsoft considers the ebXML Registry 3.0 specifications an important 
continuation to delivering functionality necessary to further 
accommodate its ebXML Federated Enterprise Reference Architecture
