The CAM tutorial is already addressing these possiblities and
specifically elements/attributes/datatypes/namespaces.
And the SCM use cases on business catalogues and nouns complete the picture.
As Ed notes however - so far the government has been all talk and
no trousers.
If this really is such a *massive* problem for them - why are they
not funding an interoperability pilot using OASIS open specifications
to proof these capabilities....
