In advance of the meeting tomorrow, here is the latest draft of the 
workplan  and the definitions of a set of requirements for the CC-Review 
work.

Please review if possible and comment accordingly.

A few issues for clarification:

1. Does the workplan need to be voted on or approved y this TC?
2. Who can pitch in to help with this?
