Differentiator

I was aware of a previous discussion on this subject and wanted to find 
out if there was any consensus (see below).

 > What is the difference between an ebXML Registry/Repository system 
and a Content Management System (CMS).  What are the differentiators?

Did we also conclude how we differentiate the ebXML RegRep from Web 
based Document Management Systems?  I remember that Farrukh made a 
matrix at one time.
